Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), provide clinical supervision to both in-home and telehealth-based programs for Family First. BCBAs are responsible for performing initial assessments, early intervention assessments, behavior intervention design and evaluation, parent training, and direct service support to a variety of clients with different funding sources.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for quality assurance in the service delivery including clinical care and documentation
- Development and implementation of client Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs with clinical oversight and support
- Disseminate principles of ABA in a clinical and ethical manner while observing and implementing goal-based curriculums
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA’s), Functional Analysis (FA’s), and initial assessments
- Recommend changes to improve service delivery, implements changes, and new Program updates, such as goals, behavior plans, and recommendations
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing as needed/requested by managed care providers, as per stated qualification guidelines
- Observe, train, and support the use of data collection and analysis and provide feedback or training on how to accurately collect and interpret data
- Early Intervention assessments and recommendations
- Professional attendance including staff meetings, clinical meetings, and IEPs
- Complies with the Company’s standard for service delivery
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Train and supervise RBTs and MLPs with direct care programs
- Train and supervise RBTs pursuing higher education in ABA
- Supervises the service staff of the assigned program, evaluates employee performance, and makes recommendations for employment actions to the Program Director
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proficient use of technology including tablet and laptop, and programs such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
- Reliable vehicle, a driver’s license, and car insurance
- Experience working with children with special needs is preferred
Education and Experience
- Masters Degree (required)
- BCaBA, BCBA or BCBA-D credential (required)
- Experience conducting skill and behavioral assessments including VB-MAPP, BAYLEY, HELP, Vineland etc.
- Must Pass DOJ/FBI background check
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
BCBA Annual Salary based upon experience and Family First criteria
